My name is Jaqueline Schultz and I am based in Buckhurst Hill, Essex (IG9)

I am a BTEC Level 5 Diploma Soft Tissue Therapist who trained at the London School of Soft Tissue Therapy (LSSM). 

​

A Soft Tissue Therapist (also known as a massage therapist) uses various massage techniques to treat minor injuries to the body's soft tissues which include muscle, connective tissue, ligaments, tendons and nerves.

 

The same techniques are also used to treat persistent pain that has been present for longer than three months as a result of injury, surgery, sport or occupational demands such as spending long periods of time sitting at a desk or having to perform repetitive actions using the same muscles groups such as the repeated sweeping motion a plasterer uses at work.

I am a member of the Institute for Soft Tissue Therapists (ISRM), a Professional Association which represents the needs of the new level of clinical therapist in the UK.

​

I also am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) that is the leading professional association for complementary, holistic beauty and sports therapists. I can be found on their Accredited Register which aims to help you find a therapist who is qualified, insured and who follows their strict Code of Conduct and Professional Practice.
